This 2022 BMW M5 CS is finished in Frozen Brands Hatch Gray Metallic over black Merino leather and Alcantara upholstery. Power is provided by a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 mated to a ZF eight-speed automatic transmission and an M xDrive all-wheel-drive system. Equipment includes the Competition and M Driver’s packages along with 20″ Style 789 wheels, carbon-fiber bodywork, an M Sport exhaust system, carbon-ceramic brakes, a carbon-fiber engine cover, heated M Carbon front bucket seats, remote engine start, Live Cockpit Pro, navigation, and a Harman Kardon surround-sound system.

The CS features a quicker steering ratio, revised Dynamic Damper Control tuning, shorter and stiffer springs, stiffer damping rates, and thicker toe-link ball joints and stabilizer bars when compared to the standard M5. Stopping power is provided by carbon-ceramic rotors and red M-branded calipers all around.

The cabin features power-adjustable heated M Carbon front and fixed-position rear bucket seats upholstered in black Merino leather and Alcantara with red accents, while a mix of carbon-fiber and gloss-black trim adorns the interior. Amenities include four-zone automatic climate control, backlit M badges on the front seat backrests, wireless charging, a Wi-Fi hotspot, remote engine start, a Harman Kardon surround-sound system, and Live Cockpit Pro with navigation. Driving aids include Active Driving Assistant, Lane Departure Warning, and Active Blind Spot Detection.

The multifunction M Sport steering wheel is trimmed in Alcantara and fronts carbon-fiber shift paddles. Instrumentation includes a head-up display as well as a configurable digital instrument cluster.

The digital odometer indicates 2,100 miles.
