This 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 is one of 100 Signature Edition cars modified by Shelby American for the model year.

Finished in Ford Performance Blue over black leather upholstery, the car is powered by a supercharged 5.2-liter Predator V8 mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential.

The GT500 Signature Edition package included a dry carbon-fiber ventilated hood, a performance supercharger pulley, a high-volume intercooler and heat exchanger, upgraded springs and sway bars, white stripes, Shelby badging, Shelby hood locks, a carbon-fiber front splitter, and 20″ forged wheels. Additional equipment includes the Technology and Handling packages as well as launch control, Brembo brake calipers, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen stereo system linked to SYNC 3 infotainment with navigation.

The supercharged 5.2-liter Predator V8 features an air-to-liquid intercooler, an engine oil cooler, and a cast aluminum intake manifold. The Signature Edition package added a performance supercharger pulley, a high-volume intercooler and heat exchanger, billet engine caps, and Shelby badges on the inner fenders. The oil was changed in preparation for sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential with 3.73:1 gearing. The car features an active dual exhaust system with quad polished outlets.

The car is finished in Ford Performance Blue with Bright White stripes over the top and sides. Exterior features include a dry carbon-fiber ventilated hood, Shelby hood struts and hood locks, a carbon-fiber front splitter, HID headlights, and LED taillights with sequential turn signals. The Handling Package added front splitter wickers and a rear spoiler with a Gurney flap.

Black-finished 20″ Shelby American forged wheels are mounted with 305/30 front and 315/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires as well as extended and hardened wheel studs. Braking is handled by two-piece ventilated discs with red-finished Brembo calipers at all four corners. The Signature Edition package modified the suspension with ride-height adjustable front and rear springs as well as upgraded sway bars and caster camber plates.

The cabin features Recaro seats trimmed in black leather with Shelby stitching along the bolsters and Carroll Shelby’s signature across the backrest. Carbon-fiber trim adorns the dashboard, and additional amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, launch control, Wi-Fi connectivity, keyless entry, push-button ignition, a SYNC 3 infotainment system with an 8″ touchscreen, and the Technology Package, which added voice-activated navigation, a blind-spot monitoring system with cross-traffic alert, and a 12-speaker Bang & Olufsen stereo system.

The passenger-side dashboard plaque identifies this GT500 as chassis L2136.

The Alcantara- and leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel features a gray centering stripe and paddle shifters, and it frames a configurable 12″ LCD instrument panel which includes a 220-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. Analog oil pressure and oil temperature gauges are mounted in the center stack.

The digital odometer indicates 2,500 miles.
