This 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu was refurbished in the early 2000s including a repaint in blue and installation of a replacement 468ci V8 featuring an aftermarket camshaft, roller rockers, and forged pistons. Additional equipment includes a Muncie M21 four-speed manual transmission, a 3.73:1 Positraction differential, a dual exhaust system, power steering, a Hurst shifter, front bucket seats, front disc brakes, and 15″ Magnum 500-style wheels.

The replacement 468ci V8 was installed as part of the early 2000s refurbishment and features an aftermarket camshaft, roller rockers, forged pistons, and an HEI ignition system.

Work has included installing aluminum cylinder heads, an aluminum intake manifold, an aluminum radiator, and an Edelbrock 750CFM carburetor along with replacing the battery and changing the oil.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a Muncie M21 four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt rear axle with a 3.73:1 Positraction differential.

The dual exhaust system features tubular headers leading to 2.5″ exhaust tubing routed to Flowmaster mufflers.

Features include quad headlamps, side mirrors, and chrome trim on the grille, bumpers, wheel arches, and window surrounds.

The 15″ Magnum 500-style wheels wear SS center emblems and are mounted with BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires measuring 225/60 up front and 275/60 out back.

Equipment includes power steering, power-assisted front disc brakes with rear drums, and Bilstein shocks on all four corners.

An older spare wheel is stored in the trunk.

The front bucket seats and rear bench are upholstered in black vinyl and accompanied by a color-coordinated dashboard, headliner, door panels, and carpets.

Additional equipment includes a center console, a Hurst shifter, lap belts, front headrests, and rubber floor mats.

The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 120-mph speedometer and a non-functioning tachometer.

An AutoMeter tachometer along with gauges for oil pressure and coolant temperature are mounted ahead of the shifter.
