This 1968 GMC 1500 Custom was modified by RideTech as part of a promotional 48-hour build that was completed in 2017. It features a two-tone turquoise and matte black vinyl wrap over black cloth upholstery and is powered by a 350ci V8 fitted with FiTech electronic fuel injection. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an automatic transmission, and additional modifications include a Currie crate rear end, Baer four-wheel disc brakes, RideTech StreetGrip suspension, 19″ Forgeline wheels, Vintage Air A/C, a Kicker stereo, and Classic Instruments gauges. The 350ci V8 has been fitted with a FiTech Go Street electronic fuel injection system, an Edelbrock intake manifold, Chevrolet-branded valve covers, an American Autowire wiring harness, and a C&R radiator. A No Limit Engineering fuel tank has also been installed, and a commemorative RideTech 48-hour build graphic is found on the firewall. The rear wheels are driven through an automatic transmission and a Currie rear end. The truck features an Avery-Dennison two-tone turquoise and matte black vinyl wrap with an orange stripe. Exterior details include a chrome grille, bumpers, side mirrors, and trim, LED taillights, quad headlights, and a black bedliner. Matte gray 19” Forgeline wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich G-Force Sport tires that measure 255/40 up front and 275/40 out back. The truck is equipped with RideTech StreetGrip suspension and is fitted with Baer brake calipers over cross-drilled and slotted rotors at all four corners. The cabin houses a bench seat that is trimmed in black cloth with vinyl sides along with matching carpets and door panels. A Kicker KMC10 Media Center has been installed and additional modifications include a Vintage Air Gen IV SureFit air conditioning system, a Kicker Hideaway HS8 subwoofer, and a Lokar billet pedal assembly. A three-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts Classic Instruments gauges that consist of a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer, auxiliary gauges, and an analog clock. The five-digit odometer shows 1,400 miles, though total mileage is unknown.
