The replacement 389ci V8 have been rebuilt and bored .060″ by B&B Automotive Specialties and fitted with the following components: Holley 850-cfm spread bore double-pumper carburetor, High-rise intake manifold, Ram Air exhaust manifolds, Keith Black Icon forged pistons, Crower 278H camshaft, Melling high-volume oil pump, Machined cylinder heads, Crane Cams valve springs, Vinton steel-clad valve seals, Roller rocker arms, Stainless steel valves, ARP fasteners, RobbMc Performance fuel pump, MSD distributor and electronic ignition, Aluminum radiator with dual Spal thermostatic fans, Replacement harmonic balancer, water pump, engine mounts, and vacuum canister, Stainless steel fuel tank and lines.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Muncie four-speed manual transmission and a 3.23:1 rear axle. The transmission have been rebuilt and features a replacement flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate. A custom dual exhaust system with a cross-over pipe and Magnaflow mufflers is fitted.

The two-spoke steering wheel has a chrome horn ring and frames a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level.
The five-digit mechanical odometer shows 29k miles, total mileage is unknown.
