This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air has subsequent work in 2011 by Manny’s Paint & Body Shop consisted of stripping and refinishing the body and chassis and installing CPP suspension components, four-wheel disc brakes, and an updated audio system as well as a replacement 350ci V8 mated to a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission. The car is finished in white over black and gray upholstery, and features include rear fender skirts, an Edelbrock Pro-Flo 3 EFI system, MSD electronic ignition, air conditioning, power steering, Coker Classic whitewall tires, Dakota Digital instrumentation, power windows, and a retro-style digital stereo.
The replacement 350ci V8 was installed during the refurbishment and features an Edelbrock Pro-Flo 3 EFI system and intake manifold, MSD electronic ignition and distributor, billet drive pulleys, polished exhaust manifolds, and a finned air cleaner lid and valve covers.
An aluminum radiator and electric fan have also been added, and an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a replacement 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission.
A dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers has been installed.
The body is finished in white and was stripped and repainted in 2011. Exterior details include a wrap-around windshield and rear window as well as aluminum quarter-panel trim inserts, chrome bumpers, twin wind splits, dual mirrors and antennas, rear fender skirts, gold badging, and polished exhaust finishers.
The 14″ steel wheels wear chrome spinner-style hubcaps and are mounted with 205/70 Coker Classic whitewall tires.
The car has been fitted with a lowered suspension, a front sway bar, CPP tubular front control arms, Bilstein shock absorbers, and power steering.
Braking is handled by power-assisted discs at all four corners.
The cabin features front and rear bench seats trimmed in gray vinyl upholstery with black patterned inserts.
Equipment includes air conditioning, an analog clock, polished doorsills, aluminum pedals, aftermarket rear speakers, and a retro-style Bluetooth stereo.
The two-spoke steering wheel has a chrome horn ring and frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges.
The digital odometer indicates 3k miles, all of which have been added since the 2011 refurbishment.
