This 1957 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham hardtop sedan is one of 400 examples produced for the model year, and it is powered by a supercharged 4.4-liter Northstar V8 have been sourced from a late-model Cadillac XLR-V and paired with a replacement six-speed automatic transmission. Features include a stainless-steel roof panel, aluminum wheels, whitewall tires, bumper guards, power windows, power steering, air conditioning, a push-button radio, and an Autronic Eye headlight dimmer.

The supercharged and fuel-injected 4.4-liter Northstar V8 have been sourced from a Cadillac XLR-V. The power-steering gearbox and the battery were replaced. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a replacement six-speed automatic transmission that was sourced together with the replacement Northstar engine. A replacement fuel tank and exhaust system including pipes, mufflers, and resonators were fitted.

Work performed has included a conversion to power-assisted front disc brakes as well as replacement of the radio, speakers, power antenna, fuel tank, power-steering gearbox, exhaust system, and battery.

Each Eldorado Brougham featured a hand-assembled body with a pillarless brushed-stainless-steel roof panel. This example is finished in black and features bumper guards, quad headlights, quarter-panel fins, and rear-hinged rear passenger doors.

Aluminum 15″ wheels wear bright hubcaps with red Cadillac-logo centers and are wrapped in whitewall tires. The front drum brakes were converted to power-assisted discs and are paired with power-assisted rear drums.

The interior features bench seats that are upholstered in gray French Silk material with matching leather trim as well as a two-tone gray dashboard and door panels and gray Mouton carpeting. Amenities include air conditioning, a power-adjustable front seat, power windows, front- and rear-seat folding armrests, an Autronic Eye headlight dimmer atop the left corner of the dash, and a push-button aftermarket radio. The clock in the dashboard has been refurbished, and the radio, rear speakers, and power antenna have been replaced.

The two-tone steering wheel with chrome accents and a horn ring frames a sweeping 120-mph speedometer and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, generator charge, and fuel level.
